HFM’s Inspection

• We have 28 inspectors to conduct 170 inspections in 9 main processes including incoming, stator and rotor stamping, rotor die-casting, machining, winding, vacuum varnish, painting, assembly and packaging.
• Each process is double checked by operators and inspectors in strict accordance with ISO9001 and our regulations, and inspection records are kept for 2 years.
• Each motor has its own unique production serial number, the corresponding production record and inspection record can be traced by the production serial number.

Inspection of machining

• Critical dimensions：

  Operator：100% inspection

  Inspector：100% inspection, and make record

• Non-critical dimensions ：

  Operator： Self-inspect the first piece of each batch

  Self-inspect every 5 pieces thereafter
